Discovery of India with Yoga teacher
Hello My name is Alex. I live in Washington DC, USA. I overheard my friend in the office that she is going to India in a small group tour. I approached her and asked if there is a space left for me. She messaged Akash in India to confirm. Luckily two spots were still empty for Discovery of India with yoga teacher. I took my girlfriend along with me. This was one of the best tour I took with my girlfriend. This tour had india’s famous golden triangle tour included with other cities of india like Vrindavan , Abhaneri(Village) and Ranthambore (Tiger reserve).
Delhi was a shock for me, 26 million people in one city. Oh my God I never saw those many people and cars on the road. But no road fights. That’s amazing, like all Indians practice meditation. ha ha ha hah ha ahahah Sandeep had amazing stories related to every event happening on the road. He was our yoga coach too. His wisdom & knowledge is far beyond my imagination. How come someone can accumulate such wast knowledge on history, architecture and yoga at same time.
Team of historicalindiatours.com was very supportive and proactive. Such a india small group tour can not become successful with out such learned and organised team , Thanks Akash for finding them.
I really loved Vrindavan , dancing and chanting for God Krishna. Devotees live over here for months and practice devotion. Wow what a culture. It’s like after months of stress of working to rejuvenate myself I can come here. The narrow streets are filled with colourful temples of Hindus. The way Sandeep narrated us the architecture & importance of Hindu temple, it sounded like a great scientific way of tapping inner energy of human being.
When we reached Tajmahal it was an mesmerizing experience for my love and me. This is great monument for lovers. What a man can do in love. We were staying at a boutiqu home Stay which was very near to the Tajmahal and Sandeep already booked the tickets to skip the queue. Sandeep always organised everything in advance on this india tour. I am highly impressed by his yoga values & tourism management skills. He manages both very well.
After Tajmahal our next destination was Abhaneri. We stayed here in a Swiss tent into a village. Yes, I never expected the quality of service, food and comfort we could enjoy in an authentic village of India. This village life local interaction was highlight for my group member. Many of them never saw a village. And we lived over here for a night and we walked among them, spoke to them.
Waiting for the Tiger ahhhhh, yes we found three tigers in Ranthambore tiger reserve. One tigress & her two cubes. Her name arrow head. She was the darling of photographers. I think now she knows how to pose and she waits for this opportunity. She has started liking it. but this 3 hrs ride is bumpy and mud roads are full of dust. So bring bandana with you and hat to save your self from sun because they open cantors & jeep not covered one.
we said good bye to india in Jaipur the famous pink city. I will never forget this india trip.
