Step into a journey where   ancient wellness traditions meet India’s magnificent cultural legacy. This wellness meditation tour is a 8-day Hatha yoga-infused cultural  exploration through Delhi, Agra, Abhaneri, and Jaipur  the famed Golden Triangle of India, with a deeper lens on finding root cause of our unhappy mind. Each day begins with energizing yoga and breath regulation practices set in serene locations, followed by immersive sessions in yoga philosophy, fasting science, and Buddhist mindfulness.

These sessions by Sandeep ji will help to you to become your own Therapist to look into causes of stress, frustration, depression & anxiety. Interwoven with these holistic teachings are enriching visits

to India’s architectural marvels  from the majestic Taj Mahal and Amber Fort to centuries-old stepwells and vibrant bazaars.Throughout, you’ll meet local artisans, walk through traditional villages, and

experience India’s soulful hospitality including a heartfelt dinner with a local family. This is not just a tour  it’s an awakening for the body, mind, and spirit.

Sandeep Ji

Born into a traditional yogic lineage, Sandeep Ji began learning classical Hatha
Yoga at the age of 7 under the guidance of his grandfather  a Himalayan sadhu devoted  to spreading yogic wisdom across rural India. Sandeep Ji is a 500-hour certified teacher from Kaivalya Dham Institute,  India’s premier yoga research college in Lonavala.

With years of immersive study and silent retreat in Rishikesh, Dharamsala,

and a transformative year in solitude within Himalayan caves.

Sandeep Ji has developed deep insight into the psychological roots of suffering and imbalance.

His expertise lies in identifying and addressing the root causes of stress, frustration, depression,
and anxiety using traditional yogic science. He teaches mental health and mindfulness courses to

professionals and corporate teams, aimed at enhancing productivity, emotional resilience, and focus.

His method integrates breath regulation (pranayama), mindful movement (asana), and
meditation, offering practical tools for restoring clarity, balance, and inner strength

  a 45-minute Hatha yoga session focus on Root Chakra

Post-Breakfast: Participate in a special session (One Hour) on Hatha Yoga History, Why & How.   In this enriching onehour classroom session, participants will delve into the profound roots of yogic thought
and practice, tracing its origin from ancient Vedic traditions to its evolution
in modern wellness. The session is designed to offer a balanced blend of
intellectual understanding and practical insight about Food habits, Movement & Breth regulation. 

 Afternoon: Dive into Delhi’s timeless heritage with a guided tour of Old
 Delhi  including a rickshaw ride through bustling lanes. A light, detox-friendly fruit meal will be served.

 Evening: Visit the serene Akshardham Temple, showcasing India’s
           spiritual traditions through art, architecture, and storytelling.

breakfast.
Depart for Agra via the Yamuna Expressway, with an onboard session on  Mahyana Buddism science of mind, Meditation practice. A light, detox-friendly fruit meal will be served.
Afternoon: Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel and visit the Taj Mahal, an
eternal symbol of love and balance.
Evening: Meet local artisans who continue the Mughal tradition of marble
inlay work.

 Afternoon: Visit Sheikh Shamsuddin’s Zardozi Gallery. Learn the story
of a master craftsman who lost his eyesight creating intricate Mughal-era
tapestries, later honored with a national award. A light, detox-friendly fruit meal will be served.
Evening: Enjoy a traditional home-cooked dinner with a local family,
sharing stories and meals together.
Overnight in Agra

Breakfast attend an in-depth Yoga Anatomy classroom session, focusing on
internal body awareness.
Post-checkout, drive to Abhaneri, with fruits and detox snacks served en
route.
Afternoon: Arrive at a quaint boutique lodge or Swiss cottage. Visit the
Abhaneri Stepwell, a marvel of ancient engineering.
Evening: Take a village walk, meet traditional potters and banglemakers, and witness a magic performance by a village youth  a
heartwarming cultural connection.

AMBER FORT JAIPURMorning Yoga Session (07:00 Am): Connect deeply through body and
breath.
Post-Breakfast Classroom Session: Karma Theory science, Purification , Yogichitta Attitude
Afternoon: Visit the majestic Amber Fort, overlooking the Aravalli Hills a testament to Rajput valor and artistry.
Evening: Free time to relax or optionally explore Jaipur’s vibrant Textile
factories.
