From the elegant gardens of Delhi to the banks of the Ganges in Rishikesh and the monastic calm of Dharamshala, each day is designed with intention and presence. Rooted in Hatha Yoga and aligned with the body’s energy centers (chakras), your morning practices build from foundational grounding to deep spiritual insight.

Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or a soul seeking connection, this journey offers space for both discipline and discovery.
Sandeep Ji
Born into a traditional yogic lineage, Sandeep Ji began learning classical Hatha Yoga at the age of 7 under the guidance of his grandfather a Himalayan sadhu devoted to spreading yogic wisdom across rural India. Sandeep Ji is a 500-hour certified teacher from Kaivalya Dham Institute, India’s premier yoga research center in Lonavala.
With years of immersive study and silent retreat in Rishikesh, Dharamsala, and a transformative year in solitude within Himalayan caves, Sandeep Ji has developed deep insight into the psychological roots of suffering and imbalance. His expertise lies in identifying and addressing the root causes of stress, frustration, depression, and anxiety using traditional yogic science. He teaches mental health and mindfulness courses to professionals and corporate teams, aimed at enhancing productivity, emotional resilience, and focus.
